Chow Chow singer dies

Thomas Ian Smith, the singer from Chow Chow has died at the age of 26.

The frontman died of a suspected heart-attack after a party held on Sunday June 24th. The 26 year old was born in Cardiff in 1980, but moved to Edmonton with his family, where he lived until he moved to London, in 2002.

The band recently performed at the O2 festival in Hyde Park, and had a number of other dates lined up for the future.
