Combining a home-based and sun-soaked Californian kick that is coated with the abandon of The Beautiful South, building from a swooning string led base, Goldspot pluck the second cherry from their escapism inducing debut album, ‘Tally Of The Yes Men’. Vocalist, Siddartha Khosla surfs upon the twining and subtle accompaniment to build up feeling and passion. Melody and sincerity is probably the most potent combination you can get in music and this track mixes the two with effortless aplomb.
