Never Mind The Hotpots, Here's…The Lancashire Hotpots

The craze currently sweeping the nation is Northern Folk music. Sales of old tin baths, flat caps and banjos have rocketed since the emergence six months ago of the Lancashire Hotpots.

To promote their new album Never Mind The Hotpots, the band have announced a series of UK dates at local legions, social clubs and Barfly's.

31st August – Little Civic, Wolverhampton
7th September – New Variety Club, Keighley
8th September -Barfly, Liverpool
15th September – Barfly, Glasgow

The band have already featured on Colin Murray and Rob Da Bank shows on Radio 1 and a video is planned for ‘He’s Turned Emo’ later this year. Not content with that, local fine beverage makers Bowland Brewery Brewery of Clitheroe has even brewed a Lancashire Hotpot Ale in tribute to the band.

The new album went to no.1 in the I-Tune’s comedy album chart when released. Featuring 13 unique titles, the full track listing is Chippy Tea, I Met A Girl On Myspace, He's Turned Emo, Ebay 'eck, The Firewall Song, Dolby 5.1, This Lancashire Town, Sat Nav, Bitter Lager Cider Ale Stout, Shopmobility Scooter, A Lancashire DJ, Me PSP, Christmas In Lancashire.
