A Day Called Desire - Vital Signs EP
Album Review

A Day Called Desire – Vital Signs EP

Birmingham’s A Day called Desire return with this 4-track Vital Signs EP.All four songs owe much to influences such as Iron Maiden with a hint of My Chemical Romance thrown in for good measure.

Lead singer Daniel Crossan’s lyrics seem to bemuse, as at times they fit the musical accompaniment perfectly and at other times they sound drawn out and like they don’t belong to the musical genre from which they adhere to.

The songs on this EP are almost melodically modern metal and ,unlike most metal music it is highly audible. However, it sounds very under produced and nothing really jumps out and grabs you like good metal tunes should.
