Super Furry Animals have announced details of a New Year's Eve gig at London's Royal Festival Hall. As well as a headline slot from the Welsh stars, the evening will see as-yet-unannounced support bands play, plus DJs, art installations and special visual shows. The band have promised that they will transform the venue into a “surrealist playground defying the logic of space and time”.
This will be the first time the band have played the venue since their huge showcase to end the run of the Phantom Power album. That event in included a confessional booth with Howard Marks and sets from Richard James, Brave Captain and Muggison.
Tickets are now on sale from the venue direct.
