Fall Out Boy issue lawsuit

Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz has issued a legal cease and desist request to Canadian band Neurosonic over their song 'So Many People’… To defend his girlfriend Ashlee Simpson.

Neurosonic's song begins: “Everything under the sun / Going to hell in an episode of 'SNL' / Busted on the TV / You ugly girl, you cannot sing / Can't even lip sync / Apparently money can even buy you dignity.”

It is reported that at a live performance at New York's Knitting Factory, Neurosonic frontman Jason Darr encouraged the audience to do a jig to the song just like Simpson did in response to the vocal track snafu… Which has now become a infamous ‘Saturday Night Live’ ‘Live’ performance!

Neurosonic’s debut album ‘Drama Queen’ is out now.
