With a debut album tucked away in their hand luggage, Angus & Julia Stone return from a timely visit to the Australian summer, for a string of UK live dates in the New Year.

Having stormed the Top Ten Album chart in Australia this autumn, Angus and Julia will showcase songs from their debut album A Book Like This, set for its UK release on March 31st.

Gus & Jules, as they can from now on be affectionately known, have been responsible for creating one of the most captivating, laid back folk songs ever, 'Private Lawns'. Julia's Feist and Beth Orton conjoining vocal gait skips over a melodious grounding, providing escapism and reality in equal doses. This number steps up a notch in a live environement, often due to the inability of the audience to resist joining in!

Over the past year the brother-sister duo have garnered an impressive UK live following, winning hearts and minds with widespread touring, festivalappearances and critically acclaimed EP releases that saw them record live sessions for Mark Radcliffe and Jonathan Ross on Radio 2, and Tom Robinson on 6Music.
