New year, New times, New people.
Happy New Year from Glasswerk!
It’s a bit late in coming but there is a reason for this. We are editorless! Alec, our beloved editor over the last year, has upped sticks and, from what we can gather from the garbled satellite phone conversation we had with him yesterday, is in Guatemala setting up a regional Glasswerk Guatemalan office. Covering the freshest drum riffs and the biggest baddest throat yodelling scene that is all the rage over there. He says if we send him £35 he can buy an arena and sew up the promotions all over the country. Nice. Unfortunately the connection was lost just as he was reading out the account details, with what sounded like gun shots in the background?
Hey ho we wish Alec all the best and hope he becomes ‘THE’ media magnet of the South America’s – or at the very least he manages to avoid the Columbians… something we have a feeling will be quite difficult for him.
Anyway, we are rudderless at the moment so please fasten your seatbelts as we come in for bumpy ride. Am sure we will still get lots of reviews etc up and in the background we are preparing for the artist profile to be finished soon! They will be amazing I promise you.
In the meantime we still have many coolio gigs on the way…
