She’s already been compared to the likes of Dusty Springfield, already wooed the likes of Jools Holland, and this year, Duffy looks set to take her place amongst the artists which will define 2008.
Released from her debut LP ‘Rockferry', ‘Mercy’ is the new video from the 23-year old soul songstress. Written by Duffy with Steve Booker, who produced the track, it’s a highlight of her recent standout performances on BBC2’s Later with Jools Holland & Radio 2’s Music Club.
