XFM SOUTH WALES IS DEAD

XFM South Wales has gone the way of Adam Rickett’s pop career in that they arrived with a storm of publicity and are now disappearing just as quickly. There seems to be no actual reason for the closure but apparently the Manchester, Glasgow and other regional stations will also cease to exist. Though it seemed that the arrival of XFM would help assist all the new and up and coming bands in South Wales but as with their other stations they remain far more interested in playing fully established acts to compete with the likes of Radio 1.
