Glasswerk being a beautiful kind hearted company, has once again offered to be the regional co-ordinator in Liverpool for this years Oxjam Festival. So to make this a hugely glorious charitable success we need your help to put on events, collect money, raise the profile of … all the good things that Oxfam do. You love music. So do we. We’re looking for pro-active volunteer Music Event Organisers for Oxjam Music Festival 2008.
You’ll gain valuable experience in events and music. Brilliant for the CV. Having a cracking good time – a bonus.
Money raised goes to Oxfam.

Oxjam is a music festival with a difference. Your event, in your town, adds together with the rest to make one huge party across the UK. You choose the tunes. Any kind. From classical to club nights, folk to funk – you just have to have the drive to make it happen this April.
Ed and the rest of the Oxjam team will support you all the way, with face-to-face training and phone support.
For you it means gaining valuable experience, meeting new people and getting more involved in your local music scene.

Person requirements: Geared towards people with lots of get-up and go – who will make the most of this opportunity to show off your organisational, communication and interpersonal skills by pulling off a great event. Brilliant for the CV. Lots of fun in the making.
