Farewell To Freeway - Definitions
Album Review

Farewell To Freeway – Definitions

Hot off tour with Aiden, Farewell to Freeway’s debut album turns out a treat. An eleven track stunner, metal to the core, riffs a plenty and a singer with enough tune to carry the melodies.

Having said that, it could be argued that some of the tracks on the album aren’t even half as good as others, the stand out track is most definitely “Speak Your Words” though the riotous first tracks are sure- fire hits, which is why they were a previously popular unsigned band (now signed to Victory records). The blend of tight, dark riffs and beautiful vocals really brings them to the forefront of the scene right now, and set for success.

There’s no room for softness in this album, it puts it all out there, emotionally, musically and with the pure talent. This new band are one for the big time, and with a debut like this can only do well.
