Tanner Horn & the Astronauts Before Breakfast -
Album Review

Tanner Horn & the Astronauts Before Breakfast –

Tanner Horn & the Astronauts Before Breakfast come out of the same kind of American Alt. Rock genre as the likes of Modest Mouse, which is no bad thing.

‘My Perverted Mind’ has a beautifully crafted piano/guitar intro with military drum loops laced over the top. ‘Hole in my Soul’ is a heavier offering but shows the band Indie, funk, soul mix. The final song is “Panica” – an almost 80’s disco mix which see the 6-piece alternative between male and female lead vocals to great effect. A band with an awful name which are very difficult to pigeonhole but nonetheless, with a very good sound.
