The Metros – Education Pt.2

The metros have a nostalgic 70’s feel to them, like the Clash mixed with The Jam- not a bad combination. Education Pt 2 is an instantly stand out track, that has quite a refreshing punk feel to it.

With lines like ‘doing homework’s anti – social’ not only highlights an example of the bands wonderfully penned wit, but you also start to think they might have a point. The Metros are one of those gems of a band that have good tunes and good lyrics.

Stay in school kids, but playing the metros in the background while you’re doing your homework won’t do you any harm, call it a music lesson.
