Pendulum release the single ‘Propane Nightmares’ on April 28th as an exciting taster ahead of their second album ‘In Silico’ that follows on May 12th. The groundbreaking eclectic crossover dance band will also be taking their full live band experience on the road with a UK tour throughout May.
Pushing drum and bass into a fresh, visceral territory, ‘Propane Nightmares’ will be available on CD and 12” formats. The 12” is backed with Pendulum’s VIP remix of the track.
‘In Silico’ follows Pendulum’s 150,000 selling debut ‘Hold Your Colour’ and will be their first under a new deal with Ear Storm / Warner Bros. Records. Pendulum have been writing new material ever since the release of ‘Hold Your Colour’ and have recorded the bulk of the material at their own studio (the acoustic drums were the only exception, recorded at London’s Olympic Studios and premixed by Dave Bascombe, known for his work with Depeche Mode and The Verve). Influenced by an eclectic array of sounds including Led Zeppelin, Noisia, Underoath, TC and Atreyu, ‘In Silico’ represents a bold step-forward for Pendulum.
