Teen sensations You Me At Six have decided to cancel their planned appearance at the Kinross festival due to a family illness.
Breaking the news on their self-run MySpace page, the band wrote “There isn't an easy way of explaining this, so i'll cut the crap. One of our band members (can't give a name for obvious reasons) found out on Sunday that their dad has been taken into hospital. We wanted to sit on the issue for a while as it seemed it was nothing serious, but 48 hrs later and we're faced with a situation, consequently we have no choice but to pull out of ‘T In The Park.’”
“I know from all the messages we've been receiving that there's a lot of you who were excited to see us and we're GUTTED, literally GUTTED that we can't be there, but being 900 miles from home when one of your loved ones seriously needs you, isn't something we can stomach. As I am sure you all can comprehend.”
