Good old R n R and punk barge against each other rhythmic should against churning harmony shoulder, as this snippet from forthcoming debut album shows a post Boxcar Racer take on modern Alt. rock/ punk.

Devon trio, Severe Zero builds around Luke Bond’s trundling bass lines and a Justin Sane (AntiFlag) veined vocal zip.

Caustic social commentary will keep the punk purists contented, but there is an overwhelming sense that Severe Zero are trying to do something different. It could be just what this genre needs.
