The Ting Tings – Shut Up And Let Me Go

Can The Ting Tings do no wrong? First they turned the charts upside down with “That’s Not My Name” and while we’re still addicted to it’s sound they introduce the next single “Shut Up And Let Me Go” which, if anything, is equally as infectious.

With demanding percussion and repetitive guitar riff that makes you look for a dance floor it is almost a nice bonus that the lyrics are as sharp and catchy as ever. It’s no wonder they’ve been getting huge queues at every festival they’ve played so far this summer.

We can only hope The Ting Tings are here to grace the soundwaves for a while yet, although if they continue to release fresh songs like this I’m sure many people will have a space for them on their festival timetable.
