The Verve – Love Is Noise

I loved the Verve first time round so was quite skeptical about this new single.
It starts off great, the trademark voice is nice and clear over the top of quite a lively beat.
I like the sample that is played throughout the song although it is overdone a bit towards the end.

The chorus is quite catchy but not too distinguishable from the verse as it’s the same chords. It could be built up more in the chorus or a bit less in the verse.
I dont think it’s as iconic as their old music, this is a bit more poppy and mainstream, but maybe thats what their aiming for!
