Tokyo Police Club – Graves

The third single to be taken off their debut ‘Elephant Shell’ and it’s not too shabby.

Starting in a rather indie-pop chic manner and accelerating into a surprisingly good tune. Using plinky plonky noises and synths with an awesomely addictive beat, it’s a real feel good hit from the Ontario boys. Dave Monks raspy vocals and the whiny but essential guitar riffs of Josh Hook make this single a pleasant remedy for the come-down of the Summer. Good Job.
