Mason Jennings – Fighter Girl

The sun lit countryside and the guy with the accoustic guitar say it all on the cover. Anyone expecting hardcore garage might be disappointed.

A bit of well balanced country didn’t hurt anyway, and Mason Jennings doesn’t play to cliches and manages to keep what is purely a very sweet song flowing.

It makes for very decent alternative listening.
