Will Cookson is what you get when you cross Simon and Garfunkel with Bob Dylan via James Taylor.

Its all accoustic bliss, and even fans of the recnt film Juno will find some joy in the music here as it echoes a similar quality in the band used for that soundtrack – albiet this one has a male singer.

The childlike artwork on the album works well as a selling point, as this is very simplified americana heart. It’s all very quaint, it’s all very thoughtful, memory induced and it’s all very safe.
