Madonna Offends Someone – How Unusual!
Police in Norfolk are investigating a complaint about a photograph of Madonna hanging in an art gallery in Norwich. The picture, part of an exhibit featuring the works of photographer Dave Hogan, depicts the singer posing on a cross and wearing a crown of thorns. A police spokesman said: “We are currently in the process of establishing the facts. In such circumstances we would always try and reach a solution which both upholds the principles of freedom of artistic expression and also prevent any offence being caused.”
