Estelle gets two MOBO's

Both Estelle and Leona Lewis picked up two gongs at last night MOBO Awards.

Often dominated by American rap and r&b, last nights awards saw british artists Estelle and Lewis pick up both best song (American Boy) and best album (Spirit).

Not turning up to the event, however, resulted in boo's for Leona, who shuned the awards in favour of a video message.

Of the awards, Estelle said, “The MOBO is a great award, recognised by the kids and the people who understand my music, and who get the music that we do.”
