LCD's James Murphy forms new band
LCD Soundsystem frontman James Murphy has revealed he is forming a new band.
The band will include LCD Soundsystem bandmate Pat Mahoney as well as Paul Sprangers and Scott Wells, formerly of Hockey Night.
Murphy has told NME that they are a “rock band”, and that their new material would be released on DFA Records next year, his own record company.
A name for the band has not yet been settled on.
