Fans are warned they may not receive gig tickets after a secondary ticket sales website has been shut down under suspicion of fraud.
Paperticket.com has been selling tickets for shows by the Kings of Leon, amongst others, and was shut down by Metropolitan Police on Friday.
Those who have purchased tickets on the sight by credit or debit card may be able to get a refund from their card issuer but consumers are advised to contact the government's Consumer Direct service for information on what can be done.
Allegedly, the company has taken £2.5 million from fans since it began sales earlier in the year but many have not received their tickets.
An estimated 4,000 people have been affected by this type of problem this year, double the amount affected last year.
