The Raid 'Oh Lillee' Video

Building on the success of their storming debut, ‘We Know Best’ and the boisterous brilliance of follow up ‘On A Scale’, The Raid return this winter with ‘Oh Lillee’, another snarling splinter of razor-sharp guitar mayhem.

‘Oh Lillee’ showcases all the same magnetic intensity of The Raid’s previous releases, with enough added guitar-led fury to blow other indie-pretenders out the water. Hemel Hempstead’s answer to The Walkmen, The Raid produce unyielding, pounding indie-rock with rare panache that has seen them win support from all corners of the music press, from The Fly to Radio 1.

Their distinctive sound, described by Club NME as “one glorious guitar swamp” and by themselves as “no nonsense rock ’n’ roll” recently saw them charge ahead of competitors on Zane Lowe’s Fresh Meat to garner Radio 1 airplay.
