Kelly Osbourne's boyfriend Luke Worrall has confirmed rumours the couple are engaged by changing the status on his Facebook page to “”engaged to Kelly Osbourne””. Worrall reportedly told someone: “”We're planning to tie the knot in the next few months – it won't be a long engagement. The wedding will be in the UK””.
