Estelle – Come Over

Poor Estelle, after the smash hit that was “American Boy” her subsequent single releases from album “Shine” have been struggling to get much recognition. It must seem all too familiar for an artist who has a similar pattern of success with her debut back in 2004.

Hopefully her latest single “Come Over”, a collaboration with Sean Paul, will get some much deserved attention her way. Overflowing with Caribbean grooves and a real laid back summer feel this is a love song that will make you forget about the recent snowfalls and dream about a real summer (not your typical UK standard effort either). While it might have been a better choice for a summer hit, it still has plenty to offer us as December approaches and shows Estelle at her best.
