James Blunt – Love, Love, Love

Arguably the cheesiest singer-songwriter out there has released yet another new single to be played to death on the radio waves over the ensuing weeks.

Admittedly, “Love, Love, Love” isn’t the usual slush that we have came to expect from Mr Blunt, and you have to assume that living in Ibiza is affecting his songwriting to some extent. Instead he introduces a bit of 70s pop love and a nice simple sing-along chorus that will really get the crowd going during his next tour. Yes it is almost stomachable, until you listen to the lyrics which seem to be about all the women he has and how he’s sorry it breaks so many hearts. Sorry James you are still a dull songwriter, it’s simply now you also have an over inflated ego.
