Pete Doherty Wants To Reform The Libertines

Yes, there are new reports that Pete Doherty is planning to reunite The Libertines. Doherty reportedly attended a Dirty Pretty Things gig in Paris to try and persuade former bandmate Carl Barat now was the time to get the old band back together. Dirty Pretty Things, of course, plan to split at the end of their current tour.
However, according to the Mirror, Barat says he'd need assurances Doherty was really serious about a Libertines reformation before agreeing to take part. One of those sources told the tab: “Carl thinks it might work, but he needs to be 100% sure Pete won't let him down again before he signs up”.
