Fan Death 'Veronica's Veil' Video

In the wake of their super-limited 12″ single on Erol Alkan's Phantasy Sounds label, Fan Death are proud to present their first music video: 'Veronica's Veil.'

Directed by Nathan Drillot for Salazar Productions in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, this ambitious shoot was a triumph of the insane work ethic of both the band and the crew. Due to the extremely low budget (about $400!) the scope of the video was ambitiously grand. They filmed in constant 90 degree heat, no one could speak Spanish, the band was enlisted to help do tech work and many of the locations were so remote that entire days were spent accessing them to get seconds of footage. Nonetheless, the video that came out of the challenging atmosphere was worth it; Bollywood by way of Tijuana with a pitstop at an underwater Fellini dream carnival. Like Fan Death, absolutely magical.
