The Dandy Warhols Launch Remix Competition
Having just wrapped up an extensive U.S tour and currently on a sell out tour of Australia, the Dandy Warhols are set to return to the UK for five nationwide shows in December and the release of a new single Mis Amigos.
Taken from their sixth studio album – the self-released Earth To The Dandy Warhols – new single Mis Amigos sees Portland’s finest at their idiosyncratic yet tuneful best. True to form the track kicks off with an in-flight announcement, leading into a juddering, squelchy bassline and the kind of insanely catchy chorus that made the Dandy’s name.

The closing date for entries is Feb 1st 2009, at which point the band will choose 2 winners, one for the audio, and one for the artwork. The winning audio remix will be awarded special one-off 12″ white label vinyl pressing signed by the band. The winning art remix will receive a framed 12″ print of their art signed by the band.
