BBC Sound Of Survey Announced

A longlist of fifteen rising artists have been published as part of the BBC's Sound Of 2009 survey, in which 130+ music journalists and broadcasters are asked to name their favourite new acts. The BBC's Sound Of survey is generally pretty good at identifying acts likely to succeed in the coming year – last year's shortlist included Adele, Duffy, The Ting Tings and Glasvegas.
