Sounding like Julian Casablancas hanging out with Geldof’s Boomtown Rats and Primal Scream’s ‘rocks’ is what’s going on at Japanese Motors HQ with new single ‘single fins & safety pins’.
It’s nothing new but the Sweet style handclaps at least give it some rock n roll balls. It’s a top tapper and if you like your rock music straight ahead then it’s right up your street. However it’s suffers from too many rock n roll derivative features to really light yours truly’s fire!
