With their album 'Lounge Ass' about to drop Rio's experimental electro kings Rabotnik offer a free download of 'DDP'. Released as an exclusive digital download on UK based Brazilian label Far Out Recordings 'Lounge Ass' is out 16th February.

Rabotnik is a pioneering collective of musicians guided by electronic experimentation and led by the guitar, synth, keyboard and sampling skills of founding members Eduardo Manso and Estevão Casé. ‘Lounge Ass’ brings ten tracks of warped beauty pushing the boundaries of conventional Brazilian music.

Formed in 2004 Rabotnik added Bruno di Lullo on electric bass and Rafael Rocha on drums with the mysterious five completed by the only non-Binario member Daniel Romano. Having developed many original sound tracks for cinema, TV and a unique live concert full of stunning light shows, cinematic references and visual interventions, Rabotinik are both visually and aurally immense. The comparisons to Boards of Canada and legendary electronic group Autechre are inescapable. Rabotnik’s music, like Autechre, has a strong focus on complex rhythm, driving percussion, and meticulous sequencing.
