Sneaky Sound System – I Love It

Brazenly fuzzy beats and the coarse, rugged femme vocal kick of Miss Connie Mitchell has swiftly become Aussie combo, Sneaky Sound System’s signature. ‘I Love It’, has the rhythm rustling kick, some bearable flamboyance and the ambient trickle enough to make them an Antipodean X-Press 2.

A funkier slide lends the Fred Falke Remix, a more distanced vibe that is finished off with a more drawn out vocal echo. It has enough distortion to aid the changing vibe, but not too much to tear the heart out of the song.

Sneaky has the potential with offerings like this, to take over UK Radio Stations in the same way the Aussie Soaps have taken over our prime-time television slots in the past.
