Buffalo 77 –

And this week’s spotlight Indie-boy in need of a shave band spotlight goes to Buffalo 77.
On their website bio it says:

“Even the very best bands must first emerge from the most humble of beginnings”

Which might be jumping the gun a bit as their isn’t anything meagre or meek about the music from these boys. They aren’t quite showing off either. The music is fine, but never grandstanding. The audience is clearly going to be of the young female variety that cares for this type of material. So if its girls the band want they shouldn’t have any trouble with that. If its artistic integrity they will have to get back in line and work a little harder on their own sound, instead of sounding like everyone else. Then they can rise from these humble beginnings. The best way to do that is to at least try to re-invent the wheel.
