The Hours –

If I were to bump into the members of The Hours, I’d have to ask them what year it is in a bid to find out if they are on a time travelling musical espionage mission – this is seriously outmoded stuff.

A song focussing on realising some home truths, no doubt the chorus may stick with you for a few minutes, though it will soon decay like the faded bright lights of former indie hipsters Marion and Gene to whom this record takes its queues from. They were good bands of their day, if this song had come out then it would’ve been drowned out by a many soundalikes; in 2009 shouldn’t exist.
