The MeMeMe’s – Skin Between Us

Cardiff based songsters The MeMeMe’s pick up their acoustic guitars and bring us a delicate slice of woman lust in the form of new track Skin Between Us. Coming over as a slightly more serious version of Flight of the Concords these boys not only have a sense of humour but they also posses a compliment of voices that is truly soothing. A joyous upbeat dance number about dancing is no mean feat to achieve as the boys chronicle a transatlantic relationship between two bedfellows who love Talking Heads and New York, two things worth all the love you could possibly spare in life. The track demonstares a chemistry between two performers that you will struggle to find in music full stop.

Listening to other tracks by The MeMeMe’s allows an even deeper sense of the possible ridiculous that these boys could un-earth from within. The shock news that the two live and work out of Wales is nothing short of miraculous given the overall lack of humorous endeavour that exists in the land of song, true trendsetters to say the least
