Jersey Budd - Wonderlands
Album Review

Jersey Budd – Wonderlands

A real gin joint bar-rock band, Jersey Budd come at their material with a real lively zest. A live band in the making, and currently on tour right now in the UK, Wonderlands is perhaps an alternative to cross genre madness out there.

Not that they are above mixing genres themselves. They come over like a little bit country with more than a hint of rock n’ roll as well. The title track itself ‘Wonderlands’ is a perfect example of how the blend the two into a fusion rock that just can’t fail to work on an audience.

Some shoulder held string work here, an organ keyboard there, a strong lead and handful of acoustic work make this for a strong debut for ‘Jersey Budd.’
