The Brute Chorus – All The Pilgrims

When Pablo Picasso said “Bad artists copy. Great artists steal”, I think he specifically had The Brute Chorus in mind.

Am I being harsh, well….yes. But when a song starts and its “Come on everybody” by Eddie Chochran, one of the best rock n roll songs ever recorded – that is what you want to hear. When suddenly it transmogrifies into this track “All The Pilgrims”, a lo-fi but decent garage blues rock number, one can’t help but be disappointed.
