Red Bull Bedroom Jam Confirm Underage Festival Line Up

For a second year running Red Bull Bedroom Jam returns to Underage Festival with an awesome line up of the latest and greatest up-and-coming youth talent. Having already smashed the Camden Crawl with the Red Bull Bedroom Jam X-Crawl, and shortly on its way to rock out at Download and T in the Park, Red Bull Bedroom Jam will descend on Victoria Park yet again this August to whip the teen crowd into a frenzy.

Featuring Don Broco, Dan Scotty, Lady Lykez, Lo-Fi Culture Scene, None the Less, I Haunt Wizzards, Dissolved In, My Passion, Saving Aimee and Blood Red Shoes the Red Bull Bedroom Jam Stage promises to shake the very foundations of East London. Every act (excluding Blood Red Shoes) featured on Sunday 2nd August has taken its first baby steps along the journey to rock stardom by performing a live show from their bedroom to the world, courtesy of Redbullbedroomjam.com. Red Bull Bedroom Jam returns for a third season of online shows in 2009 from 14th September – 30th November leading up to the grand finale of the year; a live tour of the UK in a specially kitted out tour bus by the ‘lighthouse’ bands of the Bedroom Jam scheme for 2009. Red Bull Bedroom Jam
Red Bull Bedroom Jam was launched in 2007 with the aim to provide a live musical outlet for young bands and musicians aged 19 years or younger. In 2008 it grew to host 3 series’ of 8 shows broadcast from the bedroom to the world. 2009 has been the biggest year yet with massive performances and interviews so far from bands such as Youmeatsix, The Tunic and 13 Riots. Red Bull Bedroom Jam gives the most talented bands career-long support and not just a quick fix prize.

Underage
Following two hugely successful sold out events, Underage returns to Victoria Park for its third year. Founded by Sam Kilkoyne (now 17) the Underage Club and Underage Festival are the original and most revered under 18’s events in the world. Critically acclaimed by the media and much loved by its enthusiastic, adolescent audience Underage has captured the imagination of a nation and tapped into a vibrant and buoyant scene set by Britain’s youth. Underage Festival continues to distance itself from more grown up music festivals and provide the nation’s youth with an extravagant musical playground.
