Indie punk siblings Tiny Masters of Today are attempting to conquer the indie chart, with their cutting single Pop Chart.
The track, reminiscent of the anti-folk pioneers The Moldy Peaches, is especially remarkable when you consider both members of the band are under fifteen. Its brattish lyrics combined with simplistic melodies can’t help but conjure up ‘Peaches songs, which is hardly surprising considering that they’ve collaborated with Kimya Dawson on many occasions. Despire this, Pop Chart is unashamedly adolescent and is definitely worth a listen!
