Andrea Faithful – Rock the Flex

Rock the Flex is the debut single from Andrea Faithful who is another electro queen trying to wrestle the crown from the ubiquitous yuk of Lady Gaga. The production on this is slicker than an MP’s expense claim and is a bold and vainglorious attempt to capture a slice of the pop market. Layers of guitar juxtapose delicately into the electro squelch whilst Faithful rants in your eardrum about allsorts of gibberish about disco techs. Maybe she’s seen where it’s at. She has vision and guile and a level of boldness and all she needs to do now is convince our bovine public!
