The Mission District 'So Over You'

Soon to be your new favourite band, The Mission District's debut single “So Over You” (taken from their forthcoming debut.album “Youth Games”) is released on August 10th.

The Mission District are a Montreal-based 5 piece that combine ’80s Brit pop like The Cure, Tears for Fears and New Order with contagious power-pop-punk and churn out one fist-pumping sing-a-long chorus after the other. In other words, this electric band make dance music you can mosh to. Brain-conquering singles like “The Best of You And Me” and forthcoming single “So Over You” have won them a steady online following (over 50,000 MySpace hits and counting), a spot on tour with The Bravery, Elbow and most recently, Nightmare Of You. Oh, and Perez Hilton is obsessed with them too!
