Dan Arborise - Of Tide And Trail
Album Review

Dan Arborise – Of Tide And Trail

This is strictly an acoustic adventure and it seems like they put the mic closer to the strings than most do, as it is quite loud!

Thankfully this is no bad thing as for the most part the plucking and strumming work is well composed. Arborise’ voice will be the deciding factor on whether people take this into their hearts or not; which is often the case with acoustic acts.

Having said that I seem to find a lot of acoustic artists fairly fresh these days. It seems almost like the easiest music to do something that sounds original in, whilst keeping with past flavours.
