Offset Festival 2009 final line up announcements – CLINIC, WILD BEASTS, METRONOMY and more!
Legendary indie experimentalists Clinic have been announced to play Offset Festival, along with electro-pop sensations Metronomy.
Emerging from the recording studio where they’re crafting their sixth album for Domino Records, Clinic will treat Offset-goers to ten astounding years worth of smoky lo-fi surf punk as well as must-be-heard new material.
Joining labelmates Clinic are 2009's most creative and acclaimed indie artist – Wild Beasts headline the Clash stage on Sunday 6th September. Their second album, 'Two Dancers', has received rave reviews and been described as “wonderfully, magically strange” by the NME.

Joining the dots between exciting new artists and their iconic influences, the boutique festival hosts over 200 artists on 7 stages, curated by Artrocker, Clash Magazine, Loud & Quiet, Experimental Circle Club, The She Set and Nuke Them All! Offset Festival takes place every year at the beautiful Hainault Forest woodlands, East London, just 30 minutes from central London on the tube. The event has a license for 10,000 festival-goers. An old-fashioned fun fair, vintage clothing market hosted by the renowned Affordable Vintage Fashion Fair, a comedy tent and performance art, will also feature during the weekend.
