The Parlor Mob To Support Black Stone Cherry

If you’re not already familiar with them, you soon will be. The Parlor Mob are a five-piece raging stallion of a band from Red Bank, New Jersey who fuse old style rock in the veins of Zeppelin, or The ‘Stones, with the new roll sounds of leaner, meaner hybrids Kings Of Leon, White Stripes, and Wolfmother.

The band take their name from a notorious 19th Century New York street gang who were commissioned by other gangs to incite riots. Today, these five musical renegades spark a similar explosion, but with verbose riffs, thought-provoking vocals, and a smooth but raucous groove. Particularly noted for their live shows, The Parlor Mob are excited to confirm twelve UK shows next month, supporting Kentucky rockers Black Stone Cherry. Onstage is where the band truly shine

“We all love to put on a show and entertain,” enthuses guitarist Dave Rosen. “At no point are we just going through the motions! We don't concentrate on making things sound like the record… it's free form for us. We consider ourselves a live band. People are going to get all of our energy!”
