Davy Knowles & Back Door Slam – Coming Up For Air

If you like your rockin’ very southern sounding then look no further than young in age, yet mature in heart performer Davy Knowles.

Just to hear his voice and know that he is still at such a young age singing the way he does is astonishing. It’s a voice that doesn’t really have any right to be as accomplished as it sounds. But then some of us mature quicker than others, and Davy Knowles seems to be far ahead of his other contemporise.

The material supports this claim which even manages to reach out beyond the perimeters’ this type of music usually reaches. With any luck he’ll manage to get himself quite a big following in rock circles as well as acoustical enthusiasts. Hitting the pop scene will be a little more difficult, but with his song writing skills on hand it isn’t such an unrealistic thought.
